SELLING:
- All Items will be valued based on Brand, condition, age and demand.

- All prices quoted for items are based on the condition that the items are genuine and are not
counterfeit or fake goods
- A copy of the Seller/ Consignor identification document will be retained for reference. Seller /
Consignor must be 18 years old and above and must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
We offer following options:
Direct Sales: we will pay Cash / Cheque Directly
Consignment: we will pay upon items sold by using Internet Transfer through bank account.
( price will be higher than direct sale)
Consignment period : 2 months
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CONSIGNMENT/ SALES
- The Attic Place Only accepts GENUINE branded items. All prices quoted for items are based on the
condition that the items are genuine and are not counterfeit or fake goods..
- A copy of the Seller/ Consignor identification document will be retained for reference.
- Seller/ Consignor must be 18 years old and above and must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Though every care will be taken to ensure proper handling of the consigned items, The Attic Place
is not responsible for any wear and tear that may occur during the ordinary course of business.
- Goods are left with The Attic Place at owner’s own risk. We will not be liable for any loss or
damage to items consigned and limits its liability to not more than the amount agreed upon by the Consignor. ( break-in theft,
fire or any other causes )
- The consignor is responsible to track and pick up the unsold items at the end of consignment
periods . Consignment goods after the due date of 2 months can be displayed for another 1 month, subject to price reduction of a
30% reduction on the estimate given to the Consignor unless otherwise negotiated with the Consignor.
- The Attic Place must be informed at least 1 day in advance If the owner wants to claim back the
goods after consignment period.
- Consignment goods unsold after the due date of 2 months are to be claimed back by the owner
within 1 month. Failing which goods will be dealt with at the full discretion of The Attic Place.
- Only Consignment/ Payment Voucher will be recognized to claim back goods.
- An administration charge of S$ 50 per item will be imposed to the Consignor if the Consignor
decided to collect the items back before the consignment period.
